We stayed at Ben Guesthouse during our visit to Chiang Rai with our dog Eden.
It was a nice place with a swimming pool and on-site restaurant which we had both dinner and breakfast at.
The rooms were basic but had everything you need and a choice of either fan or A/C. There is a garden and seating areas outside. Internet access is available as well as a laundry service and tour booking.
Taadluang Resort
Located 50km from Chiang Rai city in Mae Suay this 3 star resort offers car parking, a coffee shop, and nice outside space for pets. The rooms are equipped with fridges and televisions.
Goldmine Resort
Located 5 km outside the main city of Chiang Rai, this 3 star resort offers a laundry service, bike rental, free wi-fi. There are just 6 private rooms with en-suite showers and bathrooms.
There is an on-site restaurant with a lake view. Nice gardens and lots of outdoor space.
Green Garden Inn
Just 5 km away from the city center, this hotel offers 42 rooms all with fan and A/C.
There is a laundry service, car park and internet access. There is nice garden space to enjoy as well.
Ban Chomna Resort
For a more upmarket stay in Chiang Rai, this resort is modern and set in lovely surroundings overlooking rice fields. There is an on-site restaurant, bike rental, laundry service and car park.
Internet access available as well as a nice garden.
Toobbondoi Resort
This resort offers basic clay rooms with either fan or A/C. All the rooms come with a little balcony/terrace and good views over the Chiang Rai countryside.
