Meet Katniss – the stray dog that turned up outside our front gate one morning. 
Looking through our bins for scraps, I gave her some of Eden’s biscuits.

She looked as though she had just had puppies and was now very hungry – hence the name….Katniss, the main character from the Hunger Games Trilogy! 

She has returned a few times since, my unofficial puppy!
