Go Karting in Chiang Mai – The Epic Race

When our friends told us about Go Karting at Chiang Mai Speedkart. It wasn’t long before we were all heading down to the track to race. Newly opened with powerful 270cc Go Karts, we were excited to put the pedal to the metal and see who was fastest.

The racing was fast paced and action packed and we all gave it our best shot on the tarmac. But there can only be one winner!

When the racing was over we headed up to Chiang Rai to explore the area in depth. What we discovered was an array of hidden sights more beautiful than we expected.

Usually only stopping in town for a quick visa run, most of the area went overlooked, but this time we discovered a side of Chiang Rai that we won’t forget anytime soon.

Stopping by Wat Huay Pla Kung, Huay Maesai Village & Waterfall, the Ban Yafu Hill Tribe, Doi Bo viewpoint and the well hidden Doi In Cee Stupa, there was plenty to see to make us want to come back for more.

We would like to say a Big Thank you to Kuba & Nana from Chiang Mai Speed Kart for letting us use the track to make our video. They were amazing hosts and we had an absolute blast racing round the track.

Also thanks to Chris & Angela from tielandtothailand.com for letting us use some of their footage for this episode and being such good sports on the track 😉

Not to forget Ron from Texas for being such a laugh, see you all again on the tarmac!
