Bangkok is not a very dog friendly place, however there are a few pet friendly hotels to be found, most are outside of the main central areas though and as always, I recommend that you confirm with the hotel about bringing a dog or other pets with you as some hotels only allow dogs in certain rooms.

Dream Hotel Bangkok
Located in Sukhumvit, this lovely 4 star hotel is close to the metro and skytrain for easy access to the city.
There is a very nice swimming pool and gym, as well as an onsite restaurant.
The rooms are ultra modern with plasma TVs, high speed wireless internet and other modern amenities.
Dogs are only allowed in certain rooms and must not be over 20kgs. Make sure you contact the hotel before booking to check room availability.
Note: they don’t say they are pet friendly on the Agoda site, however i got this information after emailing them and they confirmed that they do allow pets.
Oakwood Apartments Trilliant Sukhumvit 18
These pet friendly apartments are located along Sukhumvit Road, within walking distance to both the metro and the skytrain and offer 1 or 2 bed apartments for up to 4 adults.
There is a rooftop pool, onsite golf course and fitness centre, as well as a laundry and babysitting service, wi-fi available in public areas.
Oakwood Residence Sukhumvit 24
This 4 star hotel is on Sukhumvit Road, walking distance to the skytrain.
There is an onsite swimming pool and fitness centre as well as a restaurant and car parking.
Free wireless internet in the rooms.
GM serviced Apartments
These apartments are located in the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok and offer 1 and 2 bedroom apartments suitable for up to 4 adults.
The apartments also offer a very nice swimming pool, sauna and steam room as well as a fitness and yoga centre. There is an onsite restaurant and coffee shop and they also offer complimentary internet access and car parking.
Phuengnang Homestay
Located in the Thonburi area of Bangkok, this homestay has an onsite restaurant and coffee shop, internet and a laundry service also available.
Rooms are air conditioned and well equipped. There is a nice garden area and they will also organise tours for you.
Kozy Inn
This newly built 3 star hotel is located in the Thonburi area of Bangkok, just half an hour from the centre.
The pet friendly rooms come with televisions, hairdryers, private bathrooms and a fridge. Wireless internet is available as well as free car parking.
Ibis Bangkok Riverside
This 3 star hotel is very centrally located in Banglamphu
There is an onsite restaurant, swimming pool and cocktail bar. Located by the riverside there are lovely views from the outside garden area. Wi-fi internet and car parking available.
Holiday Inn Bangkok
This 4 star hotel is located in the Siam area of Bangkok, 45 minutes from the airport. There is an onsite restaurant, cafe, fitness centre and outdoor swimming pool.
Parking is available and they also offer a babysitting and laundry service.
Pyaoy Longstay
Located in Thonburi South, this basic 1 star resort offers car parking, bicycle rental and self service coffee as well as a nice garden area.
The room includes breakfast.
Wanghin 46 Apartments
Pets are allowed at this 2.5star accommodation, situated in the Lat Phrao area of Bangkok, around half an hour in a taxi to get to the Grand Palace.
Rooms are large and come with fridge, balcony, hot shower, television and free wi-fi. There is also a fitness centre on the top floor. Though there is no garden area to exercise your pets.
