These healthy no bake energy balls are quick and easy to make, with just a blender or food processor. No cooking required. Kid friendly so they make a great after school treat, or fit nicely in lunch boxes.

-Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Truffles-

Pitted Dates (200g)
Peanut Butter (120g)
Rolled Oats (50g)
Cacao Powder (2tbls)
Blackstrap Molasses (2tsp)
Water (2tbls)
Pinch of Sea Salt

-Coconut Bliss Balls-

1.5 cups Pitted Dates (180g)
1/2 cup Dessicated Coconut (40g +
some extra for coating)
1 cup Oats (100g)
1/4 cup Coconut Sugar (15g or 2
tbsp)
Chia Seeds (1tbsp)
2 tbsp water
