ℹ️ We go to the town of Coja to see one of Portugal’s amazing Blue flag rated River Beaches (Praia Fluvial). The last time we visited there was in the winter and we figured it would be one of the popular ones in the summer. So on a stupendously hot summers day we decided to check it out, and we were right! It was absolutely buzzing with people enjoying the cool waters and cafes.
Once we were done there we explored the center of Coja where we came across another quiet stream with no people around where our dog Eden went for a quick dip in the clean waters.
To finish the day we returned to our friends house that lives in the area, she also has a PRIVATE river beach on her land that she has just renovated into a beautful relaxing space. We really enjoyed spending the rest of the day chilling out by the private river beach at her house.
