June 3rd 2020 – Day 78 in Quarantine on the ‘Covid Free’ Island of Siargao in the Philippines. Everybody is confused and doesn’t know whether to celebrate or hide away.
Today we were told that quarantine travel passes are definitely not needed within the island so we tested the water and drove the long way to General Luna to pick up Phwah Phwah after her sleep over at a friends house across the bridge.
We didn’t get stopped and all the check points were empty. So can we move now? Can we travel to different places and start setting up a life here? We’ll see how things develop.

Tomorrow we will attempt to drive to Dapa, the next big town, to do some essential shopping that we can’t do where we are. Let’s see what happens then.
